- Ensure the charger is connected to a power source.

- Check that the USB port of the watch is clear of debris.

- If the problem persists, please contact Technical Service.

1. Register with the Festina Smartime application.

2. Turn the watch on and slide the screen from top to bottom, tap the QR code and read it from the application.

3. Follow the steps on the application.

4. Activate all app permissions on your mobile.

Go to the application then configuration section > Notifications, and select your preferred notifications.

It is not possible to answer WhatsApp messages and calls on the Smartime. However, you can read messages.
