Pushers

iPhone

Make sure that the app is running. If you force the app to close (by swiping up on the app's preview) the watch loses the connection with the Festina Connected app which deactivates many of its features, like the pushers.

Just so you know, having the Festina Connected app open in the background does not use your phone battery.

Android

Make sure that there are no phone settings (like power save) restricting the Festina Connected app from running in the background. Please note that how this is done depends on the OS version and phone model.

Android

You can mute an incoming call by pressing the Crown button.

iPhone

You can reject an incoming call by pressing the Crown button.

The permission to handle calls might be missing. Please try and activate All calls in Filtered notifications and accept the permission requested. Rejecting calls will then work even if you disable All calls again.

The Festina Connected watch is sending the "volume up" command to take a photo (simulating using the "volume up" on the phone as the trigger). If a camera app isn’t open the phone treats it like a normal "volume up" command.

Yes, press twice on the pusher to switch when the camera is already open.

To be able to support all Android phones photos are currently taken by the Festina Connected app when the Camera feature is used.

The Find phone feature is always available by pressing the Crown for 3 seconds. It can also, as any other pusher feature, be assigned to either the top or bottom pusher.

The watch vibrates twice when it's not able to notify the phone that a pusher has been pressed. This typically happens when the phone is not within range.
