The Festina Connected app will inform you when it is time to change the battery. There are two types of warnings.

  • BATTERY LOW

When the battery is running low you will get a notification from the Festina Connected app. The watch will continue to work as normal.

  • WATCH ONLY MODE

When the battery has reached a critical level you will get a new notification from the Festina Connected app and all functions except telling time will be disabled until the battery has been replaced.

When the battery in your watch is running low, you will get a notification from the Festina Connected app.

Replace the battery at a Festina Connected retailer or any other reputable watch shop. Please make sure that the watch is pressure tested after the battery has been replaced to secure that it's still water resistant.

Only Festina Connected certified batteries, such as the Panasonic CR3032, may be used in the watch to secure its correct operation.

Please note that BR3032 batteries should not be used in Festina Connected watches since they are not able to provide the power required for the watch to function properly.

Please note that the Festina Connected metal bracelets are individually designed for each watch case type for the best possible fit. If you buy a metal bracelet from us then please make sure it's of the correct width and fits your specific watch model.

To change the strap we recommend you visit a watch store to avoid any damages.

The length of the mesh bracelet is adjusted by moving the position of the buckle. Open the clasp that secures the buckle to the bracelet. Once it's open you can adjust the length by sliding the buckle to a new position before closing the clasp to secure it in place.

You can find the serial number (10 letters long) either in your phone or on the watch itself.

On watch

The serial number is engraved on the back of the watch. It should be 10 letters long and start with a 1 or a 2.
