If you are having connectivity issues with your Festina Connected watch to a new phone:
Is there a Festina Connected watch already paired to your phone?
Reset your Festina Connected watch Press and hold the top and bottom pusher for 5 seconds.
Open the Festina Connected app and connect your watch Open the Festina Connected app and follow the instructions in the application.
We recommend that you run the latest OS version on your phone as well as the latest version of the Festina Connected app.

Follow the following steps if you are having issues connecting your Festina Connected watch to a new phone
Is there a Festina Connected watch already paired to your phone?
Go to Settings -> Bluetooth on your phone.
If there is a Festina Connected watch paired to your phone you need to unpair it.
Reset your Festina Connected watch Press and hold the top and bottom pusher for 5 seconds
Open the Festina Connected app and connect your watch Open the Festina Connected app and follow the instructions in the application.
If you still can’t connect
We recommend that you run the latest OS version on your phone and the latest version of the Festina Connected app.
If you have followed the steps above and the problem persists then please contact support.
Your watch automatically reconnects with your phone once in range. Please note that it may take up to a minute for the watch to connect. Press any of the buttons on the watch to decrease the time it takes for the watch to connect with the phone.
If the watch does not reconnect please make sure that:

If you still can’t connect
Toggle Bluetooth
Switch the Bluetooth function off and via in the phone's Bluetooth settings. This often solves minor connectivity issues.
Restart your phone

Full reset
If the watch still can’t connect after restarting the phone, the we recommend you do a full reset of the watch and the app.
